Corruption Alert! India’s much talked about ‘Loocafes’ slowly turning into Money-

When the much-discussed "loocafes" first emerged two years ago, everyone regarded them as the new-age avatars of the Swacch Bharat Mission's "Café with Free Toilet Concept." No one could have predicted at the time that a structure built under the guise of a noble initiative by the Indian government would be used to serve the selfish interests of a few.

AbhishekNath, CEO and founder of IXORA corporate services has literally used these loocafes to fulfill his selfish motives.

The loocafe is intended to provide free washroom facilities for men, women, and people with disabilities, as well as all of the modern amenities required for a neat and clean washroom.

To accomplish this, the state government has provided space ranging from 200 to 4000 square feet at various locations, depending on space availability, vehicular traffic movement, and pedestrian traffic movement, at a very low cost. So, you could say that the operators didn't have to pay anything in return and simply had to provide all of the amenities for free to the general public.

Furthermore, by opening a convenience store selling food, bakery, and general purpose items, the operator can cover his operational expenses of maintaining the loocafes.

Aside from that, a large area on three sides has been set aside to generate revenue through advertising by erecting massive billboards.

No Action Till Date on Abhisheknath and his team !

Abhishek Nath, co-founder and CEO of ixora CorporateServices, is one such individual who has literally devalued the sole purpose of these establishments by turning them into money-making machines. While these loocafes are supposed to provide free washrooms for men, women, and people with disabilities, they are being sub-leased to random people in exchange for large sums of money.

Abhisehsknath and his team have also promised these people franchisees for every Loocafe with huge returns, or to build Loocafe structures, among other things. So we can conclude that Abhisheknath, along with his team of con artists, is carrying out this daylight robbery right under the noses of so-called efficient government departments and officials.

Despite taking money from all of those people in exchange for his promise to let them operate these loocafes, Abhisheknath eventually refused to keep his promise. So, technically, he secured a large sum of money in the form of a loocafe sublet fee and then simply denied the service.

There is no doubt that Abhisehknath and his team has made a fortune by duping people in the name of loocafes. Nonetheless, given the government authorities' and officials' complete ignorance, they intend to escalate their malice.

As a result, the day is not far away when these Loocafes will operate as a full-fledged entity based on an illegal business model. Recently, a few NGOs and social activists have expressed their concerns about Abhisheknath and his stooges' illciti motives.

Nonetheless, given that these vultures are working under the noses of their political masters, we may not see a concrete solution anytime soon. That being said, it is our sole responsibility as human beings to continue raising our voices against the immoral acts of such callous individuals!
